Heading brand-side, leading the in-house creative agency covering teams in London, Brazil, Singapore, India, Philippines, and working with external agencies creating all Meta (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Meta) campaign and brand requirements. Adding to my creative and agency leadership knowhow as key part of the international marketing team. Nurturing and building in-house talent and maintaining morale during this turbulent time in tech business
Projects include: Instagram Brazil – Lollapalooza (webbys winner), Meta Rugby World Cup (TTL campaign from fanzone, AR experiences, TV, DOOH, mobile AR, social and finale event), Instagram India – brand campaign (Teens), Instagram – South East Asia (Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, South Korea) – IG Young adults.

Stepping in as cover for CCO Ben Golik, staying on to help Guy Bradbury and Matt Lee with the changing of the guard.
Working with agency crew on Costa and some inspirational briefs for World Services with M.D. Katie Gilbert.

Executive Creative Director, VaynerMedia, London & EMEA
Joining VaynerMedia to complete their expertise from social to brand campaigns and bring a focus on concept and craft. Heading up a multi-talented and multi-skilled creative department that stretches from London and across Europe. A varied client base with work to match, from complete brand campaigns in the UK, NL & DE; to TikTok lead agency across Europe (including TikTok Shop); AOR for NatWest group, as well as Heinz, Durex, EU agency for Indeed, and global AOR for Unicef.
Challenging the traditional advertising model, believing that times have changed in how we get to great work, embodying the entrepreneur founder spirit in all that we do.
Establishing teams across Europe, launching VaynerMedia Amsterdam, winning pitches, evolving the client roster, doubling the size of the agency and double-digit growth to billings. Not bad in 18 months!

After years of supporting the FCB team as freelance I joined the team on a perm basis to continue the transformation. Heading up the department alongside Owen Lee CCO, to nuture, grow and challenge our creative brains. Spearheading many diversity initiatives including Girlhood’s first in-agency pilot to bring under-represented talent directly into to creative departments.
Leading integration working across the agency, Creative director across: BMW, Girl Effect, UEFA Women, Jupiter, Sky, Allergan, match.com, Nivea and much much more.

Executive Creative Director, New Republique, Sydney
Recruited from London to lead this small Sydney agency on to greater things. In my short time here I turned the agency culture around, reignited a flagging creative department, successfully won three new clients and bedded in process to enable growth.

Proud to be on the organising team for this brilliant global voluntary organisation. Picking up where I left off in London I instantly volunteered to lead the Who’s Your Momma mentoring scheme as well as chair and lead events including the LeanIn Getty images event.

Tasked with rebuilding and revitalising a creative department of 90 who had lost their creative mojo. Working with the Marketing Director and MD to achieve a better creative product and creative environment. Included mentoring seven creative leads as well as presenting far reaching development strategies at board level.
