Direct Line wanted to raise their profile amongst pet owners and highlight that this big insurer still cared about your furry little friend.
Our solution was to suggest a partnership with Victoria Stilwell (a recognized face in the world of dog training) to create a website and resource for dog owners online. There were podcasts and weekly training tip emails, as well as question and answer sessions with Victoria.
And where was Direct Line in all of this? Other than the initial ‘hello’ email, we maintained a low profile, allowing the usefulness of the site to do the work for us.
